FREE IPHONES???
Yea I bet your head snapped fast...but you have to attend Abilene Christian University in Texas. They are giving incoming freshman Iphones or an Ipod touch. The reason they are giving the high priced gadgets to freshman because the school believes that they can be used for educational reasons. The school has created 15 programs for the devices that can give homework alerts, meal plan information, directions to classes, and many more reasons….. I believe that this personally is a promo stunt to bring kids to ACU…. I think I may leave Mercyhurst and attend ACU as a freshman just for that…hmmm Also I would be pissed if was an upperclassmen and did not receive a Iphone or an Ipod touch….

Akon Concert Erupts in Violence
Reuters reported that an Akon concert at a Danish mall erupted in violence. Some 1000 fans were allowed to enter the area where the concert was taking place and the rest were turned away and had to watch from a distance. During Akon's third song a fire alarm went off which was reported to be false, and as the police attempted to evacuate the mall the fans broke out into protest, and began to get violent. Later medical assistance was called for but it is not known for exactly what reason...Hopefully Akon did not powebomb anyone off of a stage

The Cavs were invovled in a three team trade today sending Larry Hughes, Drew Gooden, Cedric Simmons, Shannon Brown to the Chicago Bulls they also sent Donyell Marshall and Ira Newbel to Seattle. In return the Cavs recieved Chicago's Ben Wallace and Joe Smith, Seattle's Wally Szczerbiak and Delonte West.... To me this a good trade get rid of Hughes and Marshall who rarely produced anyways Brown needs to go somewhere where he can become the player that he can be, while adding the outside shooting of Szczerbiak, Delonte is a good point man who can defend and shoot and Wallace can help out on the defensive end that Drew Gooden did not do to well and Joe Smith was probrably the Bulls most consistent player... and it hopefully will keep Lebron here

Nas new album title "Nigger"....
There is the shirt Nas wore to the Grammys....and in a recent interview he said that Def Jam has moved his controversial album "Nigger" to April 22nd.... but that may not be set in stone, seeing that L.A Reid said "we hope to get the album out by April or May", I personally believe that Def Jam is not going to let him release this album... which is somewhat sad in my opinion because his reasoning is great seeing that he wants to release this album because he believes that the word is not used right, because Nigger means ignorant and he believes that all races have ignorant people....

The book will be titled "The Way I Am," and it will include journal notes, hand-drawn art and lyric sketches as well as a narrative and introduction written by himself. The books publlsher believes that the book will take all steroetypes and criticism that Eminem has been faced with away.
To me this should be an interesting one just another great business move by Eminem...

According to NY Mag, Andre's upcoming fashion line, Benjamin Bixby, is inspired by early 19th century looks such as vintage football uniforms.
Consisting of 70 pieces, the line is currently self-funded (he’s looking for a partner) and, he hopes, will be at Barneys in the fall.
Andre says he wants his clothing line to "tell a story."
